As everyone knows all practices are different. Unfortunately, there are significant differences in quality and often the patient can not see this from the very beginning. What are the hygiene requirements? What about treatment guidelines and what service does the practice actually offers? On all these matters, the patient usually has to rely on his feeling as he has no opportunity to check this.

The certification for registered doctors - a voluntary measure. Until now the responsibility of hygiene measures and treatment guidelines lies with the individual doctor and is neither regularly checked by the authorities nor by the health insurance."We wanted to create trust and transparency for our patients, even when the certification causes lots of costs and effort, I see only advantages for our patients and the practice"

The most well-known certification in Health Care is the ISO certification (since 01.01.2001 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008). On this subjuct we have obtained this certification for our practice.

In this way, patients can be assured that they are here in good hands. Finally, trust is the corner stone of every successful doctor-patient relationship and health is our most important asset.
