Better life without reading glasses

Many people get along without glasses throughout their life up to the age of 45 years. Suddenly, the arms are too short and you need much more light for reading. The refractive surgery provides a smart method which makes it possible to offer an independence of glasses to all adults.

The best results are performed by the laser treatment. At the present it is possible to adjust a clear vision for each eye in certain distance ranges with the laser treatment. For some people, the so-called "monovision"  is the most intelligent way to make glasses almost needless. In this method one eye is adjusted for an optimal vision in distance and the other eye is adjusted for perfect reading.

Another method is to implant an intraocular lens into the eye. These lenses have multifocal zones that make it possible to the wearer to have a sharp vision, near and far. All these methods can be combined to provide an individual "glasses-free" plan for each person.
